So... Our two pitches went really well in my opinion and fortunately enough our film has been commissioned and chosen to go into production. Which also means we have been given a brief to work with and our brief is; 'Visually describe and explore an isolated English landscape implying secrets and stories'.
First impressions of this brief, to be honest, aren't a lot. If I had to think about it, it has to be linked to our main project so seeing as our main project is set in the Yorkshire countryside, my only conclusion is that we should film in a woodland area, but that's my initial reaction to the brief. I will of course be able to develop more ideas after having a meeting with my team.
